This policy applies to information held about any customers and prospective customers, any suppliers and prospective suppliers, any contacts and all other persons about whom artist Kerry Zacharia holds information about. By ‘information,’ this means personal information about you that is collected, used, shared and stored.

 

Information collected about you and how

• Your contact name and email address may be collected via the contact forms available on Kerry’s website – Contact page.

• Information provided directly to Kerry in relation to her art practice.

• Information indirectly provided to her via a third party i.e. for sales orders placed via a third party. A third party may be an online gallery (e.g. Saatchi Online, Artfinder, etc), an online shop (e.g. Etsy, etc), an art agent, an art gallery, but not limited to.

• Information received from you in relation to a supply of goods or services.

 

How your information is collected, used and stored

• Subscriber contact names and email addresses will be stored through Wix.com’s (“Wix”) data storage, databases on secure servers behind a firewall (“Database”).

• The Database only includes contacts whom have opted in to receiving marketing news as at 25 May 2018 and any new subscribers via Kerry’s website – Contact page or as confirmed via Kerry’s art email address (“kz64artist@gmail.com”).

• Anyone subscribing to receive marketing news directly via kz64artist@gmail.com will be added to the Database.

• The Database will be used to send out marketing news either using Wix Shout Out platform and/or via kz64artist@gmail.com.

• Any extracts exported from the Database will be password protected whether stored on a private computer or an external drive.

• Emails received or sent that may include private data will be securely stored within Google and Outlook for as long as required. The Google mail box is secured by a dual authentication process and Outlook secured by a windows password.

• The Database will not be shared or sold to a third party.

• Documents that include private data (i.e. sales invoices, etc) if stored on a private computer or external drive will be password protected. 

• Personal data may be handled, collected and stored as required for the processing of sales or supply orders for the duration required to meet any legal obligations.

• Information not required to be stored to meet any legal obligations will be destroyed once no longer required.

• Website, www.artistkerryzacharia.com, is powered by Wix. Cookies are implemented in every site built by Wix. See table below to view which cookies Wix implements on Wix sites::

• Subscribers to marketing news may update their preferences or withdraw or unsubscribe at any time by contacting kz64artist@gmail.com.

• Kerry reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If any material changes are made to this policy, Kerry will notify those concerned that it has been updated
